PRIVACY POLICY

Azul Media, Inc.

Effective Date: October 9, 2026

Azul Media, Inc. (“Azul Media,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information in connection with our websites, our online courses and programs, including the 4 Week Retirement Sprint (the “Sprint”), our online communities, and our emails and other communications (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is part of, and is incorporated into, the Retirement Sprint Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

(a) Information You Provide. When you register for or purchase a course, join a session or community, contact us, complete a survey, or otherwise interact with us, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, billing and mailing address, account login information, and the questions, comments, messages, posts, testimonials, and other content you submit. Any information about your finances or personal circumstances that you choose to share in a live session, chat, or community forum will also be collected.

(b) Payment Information. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. Those processors collect your payment card or other payment details directly. We receive limited information from them, such as your name, billing address, the last four digits of your card, and confirmation of your payment, but we do not store your full payment card number.

(c) Recordings. Live sessions of our courses are recorded. Recordings may include your name as displayed, image, likeness, voice, appearance, chat messages, screen shares, and anything else you share during a session. Our rights to use recordings are described in Section 3 of the Retirement Sprint Terms of Service. You may keep your camera off, use only a first name or initials as your display name, and submit questions in writing if you prefer not to be identifiable in recordings.

(d) Information Collected Automatically. When you visit our websites or open our emails, we and our service providers may automatically collect information about your device and your use of the Services, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, approximate location based on your IP address, pages viewed, links clicked, referring websites, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this information using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, as described in Section 4.

(e) Information from Third Parties. We may receive information about you from third parties, including our payment processors, course delivery and community platforms, and Boldin, which may tell us whether you signed up for Boldin’s software through our referral link.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to: (i) provide, operate, and deliver the Services, including registering you for courses and giving you access to sessions, recordings, materials, and communities; (ii) process payments, refunds, and payment plans; (iii) communicate with you about the Services, including schedules, updates, and responses to your questions; (iv) send you newsletters, offers, and other marketing communications, which you may opt out of at any time; (v) create, edit, and use recordings as described in the Retirement Sprint Terms of Service; (vi) publish testimonials and feedback you provide, as described in the Retirement Sprint Terms of Service; (vii) understand how the Services are used and improve them; (viii) protect the security of the Services and prevent fraud and misuse; and (ix) comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect our rights and the rights of others.

3. How We Share Information

We may share personal information as follows:

(a) Service Providers. We share information with companies that perform services for us, such as payment processing, video conferencing, course hosting, community platforms, email delivery, website hosting, analytics, and production and logistics support. These service providers may use personal information only as needed to provide services to us.

(b) Boldin. Azul Media is compensated by Boldin when participants sign up for Boldin’s PlannerPlus software through the Sprint or Azul Media. We and Boldin may exchange limited information, such as whether you signed up through our referral link, so that Boldin can calculate the compensation it pays us. Any information you give directly to Boldin, and your use of Boldin’s software, is governed by Boldin’s own privacy policy and terms, not by this Privacy Policy.

(c) Coaches, Presenters, and Other Participants. Coaches, presenters, and team members who help deliver the Sprint may see the information you share in sessions and communities. Anything you share in a live session, chat, or community forum will also be visible to other participants and may appear in recordings. Please do not share account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information in these settings.

(d) Legal Reasons. We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law or legal process, or is needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of Azul Media, our participants, or others.

(e) Business Transfers. If Azul Media is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of its business or assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

(f) With Your Consent. We may share information for other purposes with your consent or at your direction.

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate our websites, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the Services, measure the effectiveness of our emails and marketing, and, where applicable, show you advertising for our courses on other websites and platforms. Most web browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. If you block cookies, some parts of the Services may not work properly.

5. Email Communications

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us at the email address below. Even if you opt out, we may still send you messages about courses you have purchased, your account, payments, and changes to our terms or policies.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Recordings and the content captured in them may be kept and used indefinitely as described in the Retirement Sprint Terms of Service.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request that we correct or delete it, to receive a copy of it, or to opt out of certain uses of it, such as targeted advertising. To make a request, please email us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond as required by applicable law. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response, where applicable law provides a right to appeal. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. Some requests may be limited by our legal obligations or by the rights described in the Retirement Sprint Terms of Service, including our rights in recordings.

9. Children

The Services are intended for adults who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

10. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Services may link to or rely on websites, platforms, and services operated by third parties, including Boldin. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

11. Users Outside the United States

Azul Media is based in the United States, and the Services are intended for users in the United States. If you use the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on our website and change the effective date above. If we make material changes, we may also notify you by email. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy.
